ABOUT ME
Prioritizing time and space for mindfulness has always been important to me, though it hasn’t always come easily. In my early twenties, I struggled with OCD, which brought on racing thoughts and constant rumination. This made it difficult for me to focus, and I stopped attending yoga, which had been my main way of practicing mindfulness.
As someone who finds it challenging to calm their mind, discovering sound baths at a young age was a blessing. Unlike with yoga, I found I could participate in sound baths and experience a deep sense of relaxation. They allowed me to reach a meditative state that I otherwise found hard to achieve.
Inspired by these personal experiences, I pursued my sound bath certification in Fall 2024. Now, I’m committed to sharing this practice with others, hoping it offers a peaceful escape from daily stressors.
When I’m not facilitating sound baths, you can find me dancing with friends, exploring arts and crafts, or cuddled up with my cat.
