Sweet Resonance is owned and operated by Rachel Wong, a certified sound bath practitioner based in the Bay Area. My mission is to provide relaxation, stress relief, and well-being through sound bath experiences.

2. Services

I offer various sound bath services, including:

  • Private and group sound bath sessions.

  • Workshops and events.

  • Personalized sound bath consultations.

3. Booking and Payment

Cancellation Policy for Cash-Only Business

At Sweet Resonance, I value your time and commitment to our sound healing sessions. As a cash-only business, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Booking Confirmation

  • After an inquiry is made, Rachel Wong of Sweet Resonance will be in touch, setting a time up for your session.

  • All bookings require confirmation. Once a time is agreed upon, you will receive a booking confirmation over email.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required to secure your session, payable within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email. If this deposit is not made, your session will not be considered booked or reserved. The remaining 50% will be paid at the time of the session.

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations Made 48 Hours in Advance
    If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, any deposit will may be applied to a future session or refunded in cash.

  • Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours in Advance)
    Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of the session will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • No-Shows
    If you do not attend your session without prior notice, you will be required to pay full session fee before booking future appointments.

Provider Cancellations

If Sweet Resonance (Rachel Wong) needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered:

  • A full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Priority rescheduling at a convenient time for you.

No Credit Card Hold Policy

As a cash-only business, I do not store credit card information or accept payment via card. Therefore, I rely on our mutual agreement to honor scheduled appointments.

4. Liability Disclaimer

4.1 Wellness Disclaimer

4.2 Limitation of Liability
Sweet Resonance is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during or after participation in our services.
